Allow buyers to purchase the plans for other users

Hi I have a unique idea for this theme Allow buyers to purchase the plans for other users and assign the plan for them. How this will work? If users have another person's email id then they can enter that email id (for the security reason dont allow to search users only find the user if they have exact email id) to assign a plan to other users before assigning the user need to purchase the plan from his account and later he can assign the plan to the user... What will be the benefit of the 1st users who will resell? By this way 1st user can purchase the plan for 2nd user and earn money by selling on its own rate or price. It will work same as wholeseller purchase the product in less price and sell thing with adding their margin in market. Allow admin to create resell plan from backend 1st user will purchase the resell plan for limited users for example we have 50-dollar plans which allow 5 users to access the plan then 1st user will purchase the plan for 5 users. and after that he will manually sell them on with his own price by taking offline payment or his own website etc., after getting his amount he can add the plan which he want to assign his clients. Note - For this thing, you can create a reseller panel or you can create access for users from a single purchase. This will be a great marketing idea and works well too.
