Name should be required at registration. Address not required

If you click on change plan to upgrade it takes you to a page where the user needs to enter name, address etc. I didnt even know I had to enter it to get to the payment. So why ask for address etc. Name should be asked on sign in and that should be it. It should record the name Address is really not needed especially is the user is paying via paypal or credit card which the majority do. It is not a legal requirement to get an address. To make it easy for them to subscribe, it should simply take them to the payment page and make it simple.
