Open AI Content Moderation API Integration

While we can ban certain words and keep our API access safe, it would be great if we can have integration with Open AI free moderation endpoint. So if the endpoints returns a certain category, the content shouldn't be generated. More details: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/moderation/overview
