Dragonpay (Philippines) payment method integration

It would be great if the Dragonpay payment method (https://dragonpay.ph) is integrated in the core script. It has very simple API integration and this gateway is not just accepting credit cards but also internet banking and over the counter payments which are great for users from Philippines. Here's the link to their API documentation: https://www.dragonpay.ph/wp-content/uploads/Dragonpay-PS-API-v2-latest.pdf I have woocommerce integration for this payment gateway as overview if you guys need it. Thanks a lot and I hope you consider this request.
