Need API distribution plan

In case if possible please also add API distribution plan by this way we can provide API keys to those website which can not purchase plan from USA due to currency or payment gatways issue. Or in other words they can not purchase the plan beacuse price plan is so complicated may be we can make more userfriendly on our website or provide them better customer support too becuse currenlty many users want to buy from chatgpt but they have worst customer support by this way everyone can not get their answer and not able to purchase from them direclty. By this way we can help them to achive their goal and earn our profit too. If we can provide this then it can be really wonderful features for them.
