Affiliate compaigns by admin

Wish you add an option for the admin to create and manage affiliate compaigns. a compaign is a current subscription fix/percent discount offer that can be promoted by affilitors who can offer them to their audience and get fix/percent profit on each successful action. affiliators can browse and create custom coupons under any current active compaign and share with their audience, or simply copy and share their compaign link (unique link by user by compaign). compaign can be created to be elligible for all users/new only, all actions/some plans only/some prepaid only, all purchases/renewals only. compaign can be limitted in time period, can be limitted in volume of use per each affiliator, and can be limitted in global volume of use by the sum of all affiliators. admin can keep any created compaign inactive and run it later or create and run immediately. a compaign get expired when time limit reached or when global use limit reached.
