Dynamic notification to install the app

Give the admin an option to show a buttom notification for user to install the app once he is detected browsing from a mobile. admin toggle off/on to show/hide the notification, inputs one mandatory link+icon and one optional link+icon (appstore and playstore), then customize the notification text. front user will see the notification with one or two button(s): ios/android/both.
