Give an option to user to select image public or private

By giving option to user display photos public or private we can give them security for their privacy related to search. If they want to display that images on front page of our website or not they can choose or allow. By default this option should be always private. and also provide an option in admin pannel for the admin to select which images he want to display on a home page. If you can provide this feature then i think there will no need of seperate options for users to choose public image or private images. Also please remove the text lines which is coming over images when anyone hovering on the images. By this way anyone can see the exact text and user might be feel privacy concern with this option even i am not feeling safe with this thing. Note- currenlty we have disable image option on home page but it is not a right solution if we are giving image services then we need to display some demo images for the users so we can not close this image option.
