Request for Mass Email Feature Enhancement

I have a feature request for the team. Is it possible to implement a simple and effective way to send emails to all system members? I ask because when I previously imported tens of thousands of email addresses in Excel format into Brevo, I hit a roadblock and was only able to send out a limited number before getting blocked. I'm wondering if the system's SMTP is the only authorized route for sending. Could we explore other options or improvements to handle such large-scale email tasks?
