Found a bug on top menu

Hello Top menu not visible. Main menu missing in pages. Yesterday I purchased it & found that top menu is not visible in pages for example Contact Page, Faq page, Feedbag page. Please solve it as early as possible. I'm using Version 3.9.1 If posible ad an option to create custome menu, so admin can create or delete any menu link from top or can add Thanks
