Give the new role for the intenral team

At present in this theme we have 2 roles 1- admin 2- user becuse of this we(admin) can't give the access to our internal team or maketing teams. even if we give them admin access they can easily change the main admin password that mean the security of webstie is not good. and you need to take this thing in consideration with high priority. Becuse in this theme security features almost negalted everywhere.
