Need one feature to give lisence to our user when they purchase any plan

Hello here i am giving a unique idea to give lisence to user when they purchase the plan they can generate lisense from our website with user name and need one page to validate the lisense so if they upload the audio or images anywhere they can get license and if google or facebook or any other one want to verify they can verify from front end.
